As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s market share and identifying new business opportunities.
This full-time role involves lead generation, building strategic partnerships, managing client accounts, and creating and executing business growth strategies.
The position requires working on-site at Integrated Dairies’ Abuja or Lagos office, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2-5 years experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in the dairy industry, is an added advantage
Strong skills in New Business Development and identifying opportunities for growth
Proficiency in Lead Generation and developing sustainable, long-term relationships
Solid understanding of Business operations and market dynamics
Excellent Communication skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively
Experience in Account Management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
