Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Growth Associate to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving business growth, scaling impact, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability across sales and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective growth strategies
- Drive revenue growth through performance monitoring, tracking key metrics, and optimising KPIs
- Implement and execute sales strategies, including direct involvement in sales activities
- Support lead generation initiatives and conversion optimization efforts
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance to inform decision-making
- Maintain and manage CRM systems to track leads, customer interactions, and sales performance
- Prepare periodic reports on growth metrics, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness
- Identify new business opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to scale growth
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Sales (experience in EdTech is an added advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
