• We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO across a group of organizations operating at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and impact.


• This is not a routine operations role. 


• This is a leadership position for someone who can bring structure, clarity, and execution across multiple fast-growing organizations.

About the Role

• The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, overseeing team coordination, internal operations, and organizational structure across all companies.


• You will be responsible for ensuring that the entire organization runs effectively, people are aligned, and systems are in place to support growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO on execution of strategic priorities across all companies


• Oversee and manage team members across different functions and organizatios


• Serve as the head of HR, including:
  
  
  
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  
  
  • Performance management
  
  
  • Team structure and organizational design
  
  
  
  


• Develop and implement internal policies, processes, and systems.


• Ensure accountability across teams and drive execution of key deliverable


• Coordinate cross-functional work between product, operations, research, and partnerships


• Support leadership in decision-making and ensure follow-through on priorities


• Build a strong internal culture of discipline, trust, and high performance.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Strong leadership and management experience (this is critical)


• Highly organized with excellent execution ability


• Experience in operations, HR, consulting, or startup leadership roles


• Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities simultaneously


• Strong communication and decision-making skills


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment


• High level of integrity, discretion, and ownership.
