The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the organization’s financial products and services, acquiring new customers, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should be target-driven and capable of building strong client relationships to support business expansion.
Major Responsibilities
Promote the bank’s products and services to meet customer financial needs
Identify and acquire new clients to grow the customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Provide professional advice on financial products such as savings, loans, investments, and digital banking solutions
Follow up on customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
Meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Prepare and submit periodic performance and activity reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years’ experience in banking, sales, or customer relationship management (an added advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good marketing and negotiation skills
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools
