Job Summary




  • The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the organization’s financial products and services, acquiring new customers, and driving revenue growth.

  • The ideal candidate should be target-driven and capable of building strong client relationships to support business expansion.



Major Responsibilities




  • Promote the bank’s products and services to meet customer financial needs

  • Identify and acquire new clients to grow the customer base

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

  • Provide professional advice on financial products such as savings, loans, investments, and digital banking solutions

  • Follow up on customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

  • Prepare and submit periodic performance and activity reports



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1–3 years’ experience in banking, sales, or customer relationship management (an added advantage)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good marketing and negotiation skills

  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools

  • Professional appearance and attitude.
