We are seeking a smart, courteous, and detail-oriented Receptionist/Bank Teller to serve as the first point of contact for clients while efficiently handling basic financial transactions.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and accuracy in handling cash and client requests.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to clients in a professional and friendly manner
Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and other basic financial transactions
Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information on products/services
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Manage front desk activities including calls, emails, and visitor logs
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements
Age: 26 years and below
Must have completed NYSC
Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) in any relevant discipline
0–2 years experience in a similar role (Banking experience is an added advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of financial transactions and cash handling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
