Job Description
Role Purpose
- To convert platform traffic into revenue by optimizing product placement, managing promotional campaigns, and enhancing the overall online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage homepage and category merchandising to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
- Plan and execute flash sales, bundles, combos, and seasonal campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Optimize product listings including images, descriptions, and categorization to improve discoverability and conversion.
- Analyze platform data including traffic, conversion rates, and Average Order Value (AOV) to inform merchandising decisions.
- Monitor inventory sell-through rates and proactively recommend promotions to manage stock levels effectively.

Ideal Background
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, marketplace operations, or digital retail.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or major online marketplaces.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven expertise in e-commerce merchandising and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns end-to-end.
- Deep understanding of customer purchase behavior and online retail trends.
