We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our team.
The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring timely allocation of materials to the production team, and maintaining accurate stock records.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and be willing to learn inventory management software.
Key Responsibilities
Willingness to learn and operate Erp systems.
Keep accurate records of all raw materials, tools, and finished products in the store.
Ensure timely distribution of materialsand other production materials to the manufacturing team
Keep the storage area clean, well-arranged, and properly labeled
Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing stock, including invoices and delivery notes
Prevent theft and misappropriation of store items by implementing proper security measures
Work closely with the production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Strong Leadership skills- Supervise and manage assistant storekeepers
Minimum Requirements
2-3 inventory experience in storekeeping or inventory control.
EXperience in manufacturing or furniture environment is preferred.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to track stock levels, identify shortages, and coordinate reorders.
Physical fitness to handle materials and inventory when needed.
Strong attention to details
Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
