Job Summary




  • We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Branch Managers to support branch operations across multiple locations in the automotive/tyres industry.

  • The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of supervising staff while ensuring operational efficiency, excellent customer service, and achievement of business targets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations.

  • Supervise and mentor branch staff to ensure adherence to company standards.

  • Drive sales, customer acquisition, and business growth.

  • Monitor and maintain branch operational efficiency and performance.

  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Handle customer complaints, queries, and service issues professionally.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of branch staff.

  • Prepare reports on branch performance, operational metrics, and staff performance for management.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Management, Accounting, or related field.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
