Key Responsibilities
Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations.
Supervise and mentor branch staff to ensure adherence to company standards.
Drive sales, customer acquisition, and business growth.
Monitor and maintain branch operational efficiency and performance.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Handle customer complaints, queries, and service issues professionally.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of branch staff.
Prepare reports on branch performance, operational metrics, and staff performance for management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Management, Accounting, or related field.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
