  • Carlcare Development Nigeria Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to support data-driven HR operations across the employee life cycle.

  • This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate workforce data, seamless payroll processes, and actionable insights that support business and HR leadership decisions.

  • The ideal candidate is highly proficient in data analysis, comfortable working with HR systems, and able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Leverage data analytics and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance data analysis, identify trends, automate repetitive tasks, and generate deeper insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Investigate and resolve attendance discrepancies, payroll concerns, and HR system issues in a timely, structured, and efficient manner.

  • Maintain employee data within HR systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy, timely updates, and proper documentation across all employee records.

  • Conduct regular data audits to identify discrepancies, ensure data integrity, and maintain compliance with internal policies and reporting standards.

  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders to resolve data-related issues and provide insights that enhance workforce planning and operational efficiency.

  • Design and implement tools, templates, and automated workflows using Excel, Power BI, and in-house systems to improve process efficiency and reporting accuracy.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field with 2–4 years experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or data analysis

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and Power BI

  • Experience working with HR systems

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
