Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for checking, repairing, and servicing machinery, equipment, systems, and infrastructures.


• Ensure that industrial machinery and equipment run smoothly and reliably.


• Responsible for planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance and servicing plan.


• Responsible for in-house general maintenance of machines and equipment and this includes but not limited to: Semi-Auto Auger Machine, Band Sealers, Fully Automatic Auger Machine, Fabricated Mixer, Hot-dot code.


• Eliminate and reduce downtime/breakdown of machines by being proactive and ensuring regular checks are done.


• Responsible for daily dusting and cleaning of the machines.


• To work with external technicians on repairs.


• Responsible for preventive breakdown maintenance of our machines.


• Involved in production tasks.


• Serves as an operator for new machines and equipment.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with at least 3 years work experience.


• Must have the ability to do some repairs on machines and equipment (Semi-Auto Auger Machine, Band Sealers, Fully Automatic Auger Machine, Fabricated Mixer, Hot-dot code).


• Must have an electrical background.
