Our client is recruiting a Business Development Manager whose primarily responsibility would be to drive the business in sales volume, geographical coverage and huge market share thereby making the business a household name in the confectionery industry.
Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements and Skills
B.Sc / BA / HND in Business Administration, Sales or any relevant field
2 - 4 years of work experience
Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or a relevant role preferably from the food industry.
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
