We’re in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager for our client in the Real Estate sector.



  • The Office Manager is to oversee our client’s daily office operations, supervise administrative staff, and ensure the office runs smoothly. Be in charge of the office budget, ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies.

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes

  • Supervise administrative staff and direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed

  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times

  • Schedule team appointments, events, and travel

  • Maintain office equipment’s

  • Ensure the office internet connection is working at all times

  • Ensure diesel supply and maintenance of generator

  • Complete bookkeeping tasks, track office expenses, and ensure the monthly budget is adhered to

  • Facilitates the process of generating ID and Business cards

  • Ensure work tools are available

  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, real estate or, a related field strongly preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills


Salary is 80,000 to 120,000
