We are recruiting for the role of a customer service officer/ reservationist at VIP Express Tourism Ltd, In order to be successful in this role you must be agile, compelling, enthusiastic, and have a top-notch communication skill.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Keeping in touch with all clients in order to service their queries, questions and needs
- Responding promptly to clients’ emails and correspondences with 24hours
- Politely and professionally attend to calls
- Booking clients for formal host training sessions
- Following up on all client’s complaints passed on by any department in the organisation.
- Meeting with clients at VIP Express Tourism offices in order to discuss any client’s complaints, queries and possible solutions to the before mentioned
- any other task that may be assigned to you
QUALIFICATION
- LLB, BSC, HND
- qualification as a legal practitioner is an added advantage
- work experience in a similar role will be an added advantage

- Great interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skill.
