We are recruiting for the role of a customer service officer/ reservationist at VIP Express Tourism Ltd, In order to be successful in this role you must be agile, compelling, enthusiastic, and have a top-notch communication skill.


JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Keeping in touch with all clients in order to service their queries, questions and needs

  • Responding promptly to clients’ emails and correspondences with 24hours

  • Politely and professionally attend to calls

  • Booking clients for formal host training sessions

  • Following up on all client’s complaints passed on by any department in the organisation.

  • Meeting with clients at VIP Express Tourism offices in order to discuss any client’s complaints, queries and possible solutions to the before mentioned

  • any other task that may be assigned to you


QUALIFICATION



  • LLB, BSC, HND

  • qualification as a legal practitioner is an added advantage 

  • work experience in a similar role will be an added advantage


CORE SKILLS



  • Great interpersonal & communication skills

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skill.

  • Exceptional customer service delivery
