Job Summary:




  • We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our solar products and solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial markets

  • Promote solar energy products, including inverters, panels, and complete solar systems

  • Conduct site visits and client consultations to understand energy needs

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentations

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution



Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

  • 2–5 years of sales experience (solar or renewable energy experience is an advantage)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Basic understanding of solar energy systems is a plus

  • Self-motivated and target-driven

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
