Requirements

• B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration or related field


• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Business Development Manager.


• Previous experience working within the property or facilities management industry is an advantage.


• Previous experience in engaging with the Public/Private Sector and selling complex B2B solutions.


• Good knowledge of marketing principles, prospecting, approaching, and closing deals.


• Ability to compile financial spreadsheets and models.


• Candidate must possess the ability to manage a team.
