Role Description




  • This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, Nigeria, with the option for remote work on select days.

  • As a Sales Manager, you will lead and manage sales teams to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

  • Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and identifying business growth opportunities.

  • You will also coach and motivate team members, execute sales campaigns, and collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery and satisfaction.



Qualifications




  • Strong understanding of Sales Strategy, Account Management, and Client Relationship Building

  • Analytical ability in Sales Data Analysis, Market Research, and Performance Metrics Evaluation

  • Experience in Team Leadership, People Management, and Motivational Coaching

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales/marketing technology solutions

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  • Results-driven with a proven ability to achieve and surpass sales goals

  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry or related sectors is an advantage

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development
