This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, Nigeria, with the option for remote work on select days.
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and manage sales teams to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and identifying business growth opportunities.
You will also coach and motivate team members, execute sales campaigns, and collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Sales Strategy, Account Management, and Client Relationship Building
Analytical ability in Sales Data Analysis, Market Research, and Performance Metrics Evaluation
Experience in Team Leadership, People Management, and Motivational Coaching
Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales/marketing technology solutions
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Results-driven with a proven ability to achieve and surpass sales goals
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry or related sectors is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development
