Job Overview




  • We are recruiting a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and brand visibility for a fast-growing hospitality and lifestyle business.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a portfolio that includes a lounge, serviced apartments, and a medspa.

  • This role requires a blend of sales execution and marketing strategy, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, partnerships, and brand positioning.

  • Ultimately, you will play a key role in increasing bookings, driving foot traffic, and building a strong market presence across all business units.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue across the lounge, serviced apartments, and medspa.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate clients.

  • Promote services through digital marketing, social media, and offline channels.

  • Drive customer acquisition, bookings, and walk-in traffic across all business units.

  • Manage and grow the brand’s online presence, including content coordination and campaign execution.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, influencers, and strategic partners.

  • Track sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement metrics.

  • Provide regular reports on revenue, marketing activities, and growth opportunities.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Must have 3–4 years experience in sales and/or marketing (hospitality, lifestyle, or wellness industry preferred).

  • Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and generate revenue.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative thinking with a strong commercial mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
