Our client, a Logistics/Fulfilment company is looking for a dynamic process-oriented individual skilled in developing standard operating procedures, policies and operational practices to fill the role of;

Location: Lagos (Main Land)

Responsibilities:

• Design & Implementation of Order Fulfilment Floor Plans


• Provide day-to-day Operations Management


• Managing and training of new operations staff


• Keeping records of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes


• Lead, implement and execute plans in line with management objectives.


• Ensure compliance, integrity and quality in established procedures and specifications.


• Responding to any issues or complaints.


• Researching ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent


• Minimum of 4-5 years logistics operations management experience


• In-depth knowledge of consumer goods industry


• Great people management skill
