Job Description
The Ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms. You will also be tasked with analyzing the advertising techniques & offerings of MCG in contrast with those of competing businesses, keeping up to date with online trends, and growing our brand’s influence while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
Responsibilities
- Work on campaign ideation, creative strategy, targeting, segmentation, budgeting across SEM, display, and social advertising channels.
- Analyze and report on digital advertising and website metrics to increase lift and conversions.
- Manage google analytics, both tactically and strategically to understand our digital experience across the website and digital advertising channels.
- Manage website CMS activities including page creation/layout, website maintenance, on-page SEO, and recommending user experience updates.
- Drive traffic to company pages to increase sales and awareness.
- Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Amplify our social media presence across all digital channels.
- Develop and implement a robust SEO strategy to improve brand visibility.
- Develop and implement growth hacking strategies.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Qualifications
- 3-5years post NYSC work experience as a Digital marketing specialist in a technological firm.
- Experience building and launching successful digital campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of SEO, data analysis, email marketing, inbound/content marketing, website management, and digital advertising principles.
- Exceptional project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of visual marketing
- Good knowledge of UX and CX
- An entrepreneurial spirit focused on getting things done.
