Responsibilities
- The Admin Assistant / Office Manager is in charge of running the company in our Port Harcourt branch.
- Incharge of the Day-2-Day running of the Port Harcourt office.
- Attend to shipment request aas they come especially related to the location and escalate sae to our Lagos office if not within capability
- Report the daily Operations of the Port Harcourt Office
- Act as thefirst point forinterfacing with Colleagues upon arrival of shipment to Port Harcourt
- Ensure the office is kept tidy and organized for the day -to- day Operations in Port Harcourt
- Carry out all instructions given by your Supervisor.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree / HND qualification with 2 - 5 years of work experience.
Remuneration
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
