Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign drivers to delivery schedules and routes


• Monitor driver activities and ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods


• Maintain constant communication with drivers to track progress and resolve issues


• Ensure proper documentation of trips, deliveries, and logistics records


• Handle and resolve operational issues such as delays, breakdowns, or emergencies


• Provide regular updates and reports on logistics activities.

Education & Experience

• Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields


• Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation operations


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively


• Basic knowledge of logistics operations and route planning


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or logistics tracking systems is an added advantage.
