Job Description

• Track company vehicles' locations with GPS system(s).


• Install and Monitor company vehicles' tracking devices.


• Monitor driver’s daily road network performances.


• Ensure strict compliance with company regulations by drivers.


• Prompt attendance to Clients issues.


• Liaise with drivers, operations personnel and management on operational activities.


• Develop and present daily management tracking reports.


• Work with company’s third-party agents implementing tracking device on company’s fleets.


• Ensure observance of road safety standards; ensure company vehicles are used in accordance with established rules and regulations and that vehicle usage data is correctly recorded.


• Propose improvements on existing transport processes, systems and tools.


• Work with HSE to ensure safety of vehicles and personnel and submit report to the Head of Operations.


• Collect vehicle logs from the field and review for accuracy.


• Collect daily and weekly vehicle checklists, verify their accuracy, and work with drivers to correct any problems.


• Identifying on-road exceptions and taking immediate remedial action.


• Co-ordinating and responding to emergency situations. - Liaising with operations personnel and management where necessary.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND from an accredited Institution.


• 5 - 7 years of cognate work experience.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Numerical/ Analytical skills.


• Good use of excel skills


• A self-starter.


• Computer Literate with advanced work knowledge in the use of - Microsoft Office tools.
