Description

We are looking for a Creative Graphic Design Team Leader to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help us build our brand and support various marketing initiatives and client campaigns. Work location is provided at our Victoria Island business office, with the opportunity to work from home a few days per week. The candidate must have an eye for aesthetically-pleasing color schemes, fonts, and shapes that enable professional logos, product packaging, and layouts. Ability to use multiple software programs to design. Must be able to receive criticism in a constructive way to elevate designs and improve their skills. The candidate must constantly create Graphics to capture the attention of key audiences and communicate the right message. Responsibilities

  Study design briefs and determine requirements

  Schedule projects and define budget constraints

  Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

  Initiate great work from hand sketches to finished product

  Develop and complete content design for multiple projects

  Practical, Virtual and Production skills

  Work alongside copy/content writers and creative director to produce final design

  Test graphics across various media

Requirements

• 
  

  Proven graphic designing experience

  A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

  Familiarity with design software and day-to-day Digital technologies (such as MS Applications, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  A keen eye for aesthetics and details

  Excellent communication skills

  Degree or qualification in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
