- The Sales and Digital Marketing Associate will provide direct support for sales operations while managing digital marketing campaigns across our various business entities.
- Your primary mission is to generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn and social selling, execute email marketing campaigns, and ensure our brands remain top-of-mind for our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Lead Generation:
- Execute outbound sales strategies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social selling tools to identify and engage key decision-makers.
- Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from list segmentation and copywriting to follow-ups and conversion.
- Conduct initial discovery calls and support the sales cycle for our primary service offerings.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure all interactions are tracked within the CRM.
Digital Marketing Execution:
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing schedules across multiple brands, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
- Create and curate professional content for social media platforms, focusing on value-driven B2B communication.
- Monitor digital trends and platform updates to optimise our reach and impact across different industries.
Sales Support & Coordination:
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Act as a point of contact for inbound inquiries, providing detailed information about our services with professional flair.
- Provide administrative support to the sales leadership team to streamline the closing process.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated monthly via LinkedIn and email marketing.
- Conversion rate of outbound outreach to scheduled meetings.
- Growth in engagement and followership across the company's digital profiles.
- Consistency in campaign execution and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing. Proven experience in B2B or LinkedIn-based sales is a major advantage.
- Communication: Must be exceptionally well-spoken with high-level written English skills. You must be able to hold conversations with C-suite executives comfortably.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM software.
- Versatility: Ability to switch between the "sales hunter" mindset and the "creative marketer" mindset seamlessly.
- Self-Starter: Highly disciplined and capable of delivering results in a hybrid work environment.
