Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Modern Trade Sales Executive with 2-5 years of proven sales experience within the FMCG industry. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by promoting and selling our premium cashew products to a diverse client.



Key Responsibilities: 




  • Drive sales growth by achieving targets, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring product availability in assigned territories and retail channels.

  • Drive business growth through market expansion, promotions, and strategic partnerships by onboarding new clients, penetrating underserved markets, and executing targeted promotional activities in modern trade.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing stores and key accounts. Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. 

  • Merchandising and Brand Visibility ensuring proper placement and display of products in stores are done by in-store merchandisers. Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the team. 

  • Analyse and Report sales outcomes, sales target breakdown, market feedback and Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment in stores. 

  • Manage a designated sales territory, ensuring effective coverage and optimize the use of resources to cover territory effectively. 

  • Compliance with company policies, procedures and Documentation of accurate sales records, invoices and communication



Requirements: 




  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive with at least 2 years of solid experience in the FMCG industry dealing with Modern Market.

  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management in Modern Trade.

  • Proficiency in use of CRM or SFA

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
