• Lead the preparation of detailed project budgets and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) 


• Drive cost planning, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring 


• Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic cost-saving recommendations 


• Implement and manage a robust Work Order and cost control system 


• Ensure effective cash flow planning for ongoing and upcoming projects 


• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for cost optimization 


• Provide leadership and supervision to the budgeting and planning team 

Requirement

• B.Sc./B.Tech in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field 


• 7–10 years relevant experience in construction cost management 


• Professional certification (QSRBN or COREN) is an added advantage 


• Strong expertise in budgeting, cost control, and project financial management 


• Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., Excel, cost management software) 


• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
