Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of the Enterprise Unit in line with the objectives of the Trust Council
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the enterprise concept and business plan
- Assist the Head, Corporate Services in managing the Enterprise Unit profitably
- Supervise all activities relating to the school shops and online shop
- Development and reviewing of operational manuals for the shops and unit
- Supervision and coordination of school shops
- Supervision and coordination of holiday camps
- Assist with establishing operational policies for the school’s extended services (Bus services, Lunch services, Creche and Playschool)
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities for school shops
- Draft publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans
- Any other duty as assigned by the Head, Corporate Services
Minimum Requirements
- A good University Degree in Business Administration and Management or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
- Previous experience in similar role in a school will be highly regarded.
