Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking charge of all cash receipts from customers and accurately verify receipts
- Responsible for Claims Payments and making bank transfer accurately.
- Responsible for Online OA pre-audit for expense reimbursement. Check description, subjects and cost centers of expense reimbursement, and preliminary judge the rationality of expenses.
- Responsible for Offline OA expense reimbursement file. Categorize OA files following urgent and important. For OA audit, mainly verify the integrity and authenticity of invoices and receipts.
- Approval of payments as an accounts officer.
- Ensure the stable and orderly progress of financial income and expenditure, and report the work results to the financial supervisor
- Other duties arranged by Account Dept. Manager
