Job Responsibilities
Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments.
Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis
Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards
Establish and maintain project budgets: Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings
Prepare a monthly financial reporting for the owners and stake holders
Lead in all aspects of business planning.
Responsible for safeguarding the quality of operations both (internal & external audits).
Requirements
A Degree in Hospitality management or related course.
10 years + experience in a managerial position.
Must be situated in Abuja
Must have Microsoft (word, excel & powerpoint) knowledge.
