  • The ideal candidate should be people oriented, and should have worked in the hospitality industry with for at least 10 years.

  • The ideal candidate should be someone with strategic thinking skills, the person should be a team builder and should possess interpersonal skills, and above all should be a visionary leader.


Job Responsibilities



  • Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments.

  • Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis

  • Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards

  • Establish and maintain project budgets: Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.

  • Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings

  • Prepare a monthly financial reporting for the owners and stake holders

  • Lead in all aspects of business planning.

  • Responsible for safeguarding the quality of operations both (internal & external audits).


Requirements



  • A Degree in Hospitality management or related course.

  • 10 years + experience in a managerial position.

  • Must be situated in Abuja

  • Must have Microsoft (word, excel & powerpoint) knowledge.
