Responsibilities
Business Development & Management:
- Identify appropriate market to target; design optimal engagement strategies; identify appropriate and effective ways to position the company’s services and value-add.
- Develop and follow up on business lead
- Deliver seamless, high-quality services and profitable operations
- Establish, maintain and expand the customer base in the company.
Strategy & Planning:
- Think strategically with sound services and product knowledge
- Develop and implement supporting plans and budgets for strategy execution and the achievement of business objectives
- Research and do necessary analysis to support business planning, product development, go-to-market approach. etc
- Keep abreast of economic, industry, market, and regulatory trends, ascertain their (potential) impact on the business and to take appropriate action to strengthen the company’s position.
Networking & Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships across a broad sphere of influence
- Build strategic partnership and alliances to facilitate the attainment of the Company’s goals
- Maintain good customer relationship and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Marketing Channel Management:
- Drive and monitor the implementation of marketing strategies
- Develop and manage channels network
- Identify opportunities and channels for customer acquisition
- Build channels and networks to drive sales and service delivery
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market
- Develop and execute product launches and related marketing initiatives.
Education
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Relevant professional certification from a recognized body.
Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years in Business Development experience.
- Strong track record in Business Development and research in driving growth and expansion in the company and managing channels.
- Established contacts and Relationship within the Industry.

Salary
N150,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
