Key Responsibilities
- Implement marketing strategies for property sales and brand positioning
- Execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, paid ads, SEO/SEM)
- Generate and manage leads to support the sales team in achieving targets
- Oversee content creation (property listings, visuals, videos, promotional materials)
- Manage the company’s online presence across all digital platforms
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
- Collaborate with sales team to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
- Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years experience in marketing (real estate experience is highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Proven track record in lead generation and campaign management
- Experience managing social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proximity to Ikeja or its environs is an added advantage.
