Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree / HND in Business Management, Marketing, or its equivalent.
- Relevant professional qualification/certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in Franchising and Investment, Business Development or a similar role.
- Experience in a Retail or FMCG company and a knowledge of franchise development in the same is highly preferable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Finding and developing new franchisees. Ensuring franchise growth and expansion.
- Prepare and execute the marketing strategy for the Company's franchise opportunity: to attract new franchisees.
- Identify and research potential markets to launch new franchise and advise management of new opportunities.
- Screen potential franchisee by analyzing investment requirements, potential of franchisee, financials, franchisee experience and vision.
- Negotiating terms and conditions of each franchisee agreement.
- Develop sales and marketing tools, work out on sales promotional activities to support the franchisees.
- Ensure that the Company's brand is communicated and maintained in all franchisee communications and marketing activities.
- Carryout other relevant functions as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Offer continuous support to franchisees, to ensure the overall success of the company as well as the franchisee.
- Manage all franchisees and provide training and information on the business policies and procedures.
- Oversee stocking and restocking of franchisee stores and liaising with the engineering team for renovations.
- Liaise with HR on recruitment of staff for franchise stores and training.
