QUALIFICATION
- B.A degrees in business, marketing, communication or related field
- 2-4 years sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationship
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Should be between 24-29 years old
RENUMERATION
Salary and allowances ₦40,000 with provision for commission. It is a productivity based job.
RESPONSIBILITY OF MARKETING EXECUTIVES
- Prospect and quality new sales lead
- Schedule meeting and presentation with prospects
- Create plan and deliver presentation on company products
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Communicate customers and prospects product pain points to appropriate department
- Meet or exceed quotas
- Coordinate with other team members and department in order to optimize the sales effort
- It’s a semi-remote job. Therefore, employee is expected to come to the office 4days in a week and 2days online with video conference of his/her performance.
