Role Summary




  • ISN Medical is hiring a Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage distributor/retail relationships across the consumer products segment in designated Areas.



Key Responsibilities




  • Achieve sales targets and grow market share

  • Identify and onboard new distributors and retail partners

  • Manage distributors & retail networks for product availability and visibility

  • Execute territory sales plans and promotions

  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and trade partners

  • Conduct consumer healthcare product presentations and trainings

  • Support order processing, delivery follow-up, and payment collection

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities



Qualifications




  • HND/BSc in Biological Sciences, Medical Sciences, Pharmacy or related field. A minimum of 2.1 or Upper credit is required.

  • Minimum of 2+ years sales experience (pharmaceutical / diagnostics / medical equipment preferred)

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Result-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable with field work

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
