Our client; a reputable firm in the ELECTRONIC sector is looking to fill the role of a CALL CENTER AGENT


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customers via emails and on social media platforms

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints

  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

  • Provide product and service information to customers

  • Troubleshoot required information using available resources

  • Document all interactions with Customers according to standard operating procedures

  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in Voice of Customer

  • Follow up customer calls where necessary

  • Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure Customers Satisfaction

  • Other duties as assigned


REQUIREMENT



  • Proficiency in Portuguese & English language (read, write & speak).

  • BSC from any course of study.

  • Completed Mandatory NYSC/ Exemption letter.

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications e.g., MS office.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment/ customer Service in an ELECTRONIC INDUSTRY

  • Customer centric with a positive mindset.

  • Ability to multi task.

  • Superior listening, verbal and written communication skills
