Our client; a reputable firm in the ELECTRONIC sector is looking to fill the role of a CALL CENTER AGENT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customers via emails and on social media platforms
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Troubleshoot required information using available resources
- Document all interactions with Customers according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in Voice of Customer
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure Customers Satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT
- Proficiency in Portuguese & English language (read, write & speak).
- BSC from any course of study.
- Completed Mandatory NYSC/ Exemption letter.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications e.g., MS office.
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment/ customer Service in an ELECTRONIC INDUSTRY
- Customer centric with a positive mindset.
- Ability to multi task.
- Superior listening, verbal and written communication skills
