Job Summary

• We are looking for a product owner. You will close the gap between stakeholders.


• You will take hands-on lead of the structure and responsibility for continuous development of the product, together with all stakeholders in the company.

Responsibilities

• The Product Owner/Project manager will be responsible for driving, coordinating, and project managing (both internally and with third parties) the tech parts of the building and developing the new product for the retail chain and online gambling website with a goal to continuously improve and achieve high results to be the best in class online and offline gambling company.


• Own production issues and find solutions to these in all channels including web, mobile, apps, and retail systems and solutions


• Gather all business requirements and transform them into technical requirements


• Own all functional and non-functional requirements and take lead on transforming them into a live working product


• Communicate requirements with 3 rd party suppliers and follow up on delivery


• Facilitate and maintain the product backlog and its items in alignment with business and marketing stakeholders


• Plan and align product deliverables from all parties involved together with marketing and business initiatives. Assist stakeholders with reception and adoption of new features and functionality developed


• Define and constantly monitor product performance KPIs and success metrics


• Oversee change management and certification procedures, where applicable


• Oversee third-party provider and supplier integrations


• Focus on the ongoing platform and website optimization and improvement, search for better solutions


• Follow and benchmark competitors and other inspirational businesses

Requirements

• Experience of driving technical digital projects for 4 - 5 years and solid experience in product and software development


• In order to succeed in this role, you must have a solid technical and product background.


• You are an organized and structured goal-driven leader who is combining a clear hands-on attitude and an entrepreneurial, impact, and data-driven mindset.


• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty to solve issues and are excited about challenges.


• Advantage will be given to individuals, who have experience in working with and developing online gaming and/or e-commerce products with involvement in product development processes and prioritization, and agile methodologies such as Scrum and or Kanban


• MVP development in order to ship new features fast to market and test rather than building the perfect version at once


• Product planning software like Jira and Confluence, Trello, or equivalent

Other Requirements:

• Great communication skills in both verbal and written English


• Willingness to travel when required in your role


• Interest and understanding of iGaming


• Understanding of digital publishing/marketing and its operations working with news, content, and SEO


• Knowledge of ASP.Net, JavaScript, React, or Angular, software development practices will be considered an advantage


• Understanding the value of A/B testing


• Understanding of the value of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or equivalent web analytics tools.
