Job Summary



  • The Fund Manager (based in Nigeria) is currently managing millions of dollars (Naira denominated) Fund and is in the process of investing capital across a variety of infra sub sector.

  • The role requires a commercially astute individual with strong planning and analysis skills, able to look beyond the numbers and understand the wider business context that results in effective business partnering.

  • Responsible for strategic planning and performance management processes.


Roles and Responsibilities



  • Develops efficient embedded systems for data transparency throughout the organization

  • Provides curated actionable information and analysis to the board and management with the objective of continuous improvement in decision making and financial performance of the organization

  • Manages the organization’s performance dashboards.

  • Customizes dashboards based on target audience

  • Participate in setting Ecologique's finance strategy and objectives

  • Preparation of rolling forecasts by taking the ideas and strategy and translating them into meaningful financial information such as profitability, balance sheet growth, growth impacts

  • Challenge the plans of business units and integrate those plans into the Ecologique business plan

  • Develop and implement reporting of key management information ensuring data integrity and timely communication to relevant stakeholders

  • Develop and monitor performance benchmarks for business units

  • Develop reporting dashboards and monitoring systems for new projects, business units and customers

  • Performs any other duties as assigned on approval of the board.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University

  • 8+ years related experience in financial management and analysis

  • Strong data analytics skills (Advanced Excel, Power BI)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with cost cutting/management initiatives – strong finance management experience

  • Strong project management/development experience

  • Experience working with a startup.


Salary

N1,500,000 - N2,000,000 (based on qualification and wealth of experience).
