Job Summary




  • We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 2–5 years’ experience to join a fast-growing company in the HVAC (Air Conditioning) industry.

Key Responsibilities




  • Drive sales of air conditioning and HVAC solutions to corporate and retail clients.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

  • Conduct site visits and provide tailored product recommendations.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales deals.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and delivery.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales (HVAC, engineering, technical, or B2B sales preferred).

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.

  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
