Key Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing and brand strategies
- Plan and execute campaigns to promote products and services
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support business development and lead generation initiatives
- Manage digital marketing platforms and content
Corporate Communications:
- Manage internal and external communications
- Draft press releases, speeches, newsletters, and official statements
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Handle media relations and corporate reputation management
- Coordinate corporate events and stakeholder engagements
Brand & Stakeholder Management:
- Strengthen corporate brand identity and visibility
- Engage with clients, partners, media, and regulators
- Ensure alignment of all communications with corporate values
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Brand visibility and engagement growth
- Campaign performance and ROI
- Quality and consistency of corporate messaging
- Media coverage and reputation score

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–4years relevant experience in marketing or corporate communications
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
