Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos state



We are seeking a result-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, supervising sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.



Key Responsibilities




  • Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities

  • Set sales targets and ensure team meets or exceeds targets

  • Train, coach, and motivate sales representatives

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

  • Ensure proper product display and stock availability

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

  • Enforce company sales policies and procedures



Requirements




  • Minimum of BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Senior Sales Representative

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

  • Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer service

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, reports, POS is an advantage)
