- Oversee the daily business operations of the pharmacy by ensuring adherence to processes and procedures by all stakeholders
- Conduct SWOT analysis periodically and keep top management abreast of trends in the industry so as to maintain a competitive edge in the market
- Assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets
- Ensure all activities and processes in the pharmacy conform with applicable legal and regulatory guidelines
- Implement strategies to enhance competiveness, revenue generation and profit maximization
- Manage stock inventory by accurately updating supply and sales records daily
- Prepare detailed periodic reports for review by top management team
- Ensure customers are properly informed on drug dosage, administration and potential side effects
- Monitor staffs’ performance by ensuring adherence to policies, code of conduct and SOPs
- Evaluate staffs’ performance on a periodic basis
Educational Qualification/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration or any related field
- Emotional Intelligence skill
- Managerial skills
- Analytical skills and attention to details
- Organizational and process improvement skills
