Job Summary



  • The individual will be responsible for Market research, and analysis, reporting on planned strategic marketing communication activities, which should ultimately lead to an increase in sales of products.

  • The expansion of the brand’s visibility and awareness and digital footprint is the goal; the outcome of this must lead to greater demand for the company's products and services.


Key Duties & Responsibilities



  • Conduct market survey, research, and analysis in line with the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with individual brand niches ( Automotive, FESTO, Machinery) to identify internal and external customer persona and needs.

  • Creating content for the company website, blog, print brochure, newsletter, investor communication, flyers, proposal, etc., and electronic/ social media channels (Content Calendar).

  • Managing all company Social Media channels with the aim to increase followership and drive engagement.

  • Drive the telemarketing process, both inbound leads (phone calls, text messages, email inquiries) and outbound lead management.


Requirements

Education:



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.


Skills and Experience Required:



  • Minimum of 4 years work experience.

  • Competitive, “Can-Do” Attitude

  • Confident Communicator — Excellent verbal and written communication,

  • Analytical Storyteller — Be able to gather relevant data from multiple sources and translate it into insightful stories and tactical recommendations.

  • Forward-thinker — Be able to see the small details, the big picture, how things are now, and where we can go from here.

  • Data-driven — Understand the importance of data and knows how to collect and analyze data, as well as glean and implement insights.

  • Negotiation – Be able to effectively negotiate with team members, prospects, and customers ● Effective Funnel management — Be able to grow, manage interpret, and organize sales funnels.

  • Strong people management experience

  • Solid understanding of and appreciation for integrated, digital marketing, marketing automation concepts, and marketing operations.

  • Exceptional skill in exerting influence and impact with executives and senior leaders in the company.

  • Critical thinking and an ability to understand and craft messages for diverse targeted audience groups.

  • Digital Marketing expertise and Strategic Communication Planning

  • Understanding of key brand management and brand metrics

  • Ability, with a track record of creating content and using digital marketing to drive sales or influence behavior


Salary

N200,000 Monthly.
