About the Job




  • The Digital Marketing Manager will drive growth through integrated digital marketing strategies across paid, owned and earned channels.



Key Responsibilities




  • Digital Strategy & Campaign Leadership Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned to business and brand objectives

  • Plan, launch and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, X, and emerging platforms

  • Paid Media & Performance Marketing Manage and optimize digital advertising across social and search

  • Data, Analytics & insights Leverage Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and other tools to track, analyze and report on campaign performance.

  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve conversion rates, retention, and revenue

  • Email Marketing Build and manage targeted email marketing programs for acquisition, engagement and retention.

  • Search, SEO & Web Optimization Collaborate on SED strategy, keyword targeting and website optimization to increase organic visibility and lead generation

  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy Conduct triarket research, audience insights and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.



Requirements




  •  2-3 yrs experience in Digital Marketing and Analytics

  •  Basic understanding of digital marketing principles

  •  Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation

  •  Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
