Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Reputation Strategy Align messaging, positioning and narrative with business objectives. brand identity and leadership vision across all touchpoints.
Crisis & Issues Management-Lead advanced crisis communications and reputation risk management with rapid response protocols to protect brand equity during high-stakes situations.
Stakeholder & Media Relations Serve as the agency's primary spokesperson and counsel leadership on media engagement.
Executive Communications & Thought Leadership-Develop thought leadership platforms for executives to position the agency as an authority in culture, marketing, and communications.
Internal Communications & Culture - Shape internal narrative and employee engagement. Ensure leadership messaging is consistent, clear, and reinforces culture across the agency.
Public Affairs & Narrative influence - Position the agency strategically within industry and policy conversations.
Requirements
Experience: 5-7 years in strategic communications, corporate PR, or public affairs
Proven track record managing high-profile crisis management
Strategic Narrative: Exceptional ability to frame complex issues into compelling narratives that influence perception and drive outcomes
Executive Presence: Boardroom credibility.
Media Authority: Deep relationships with top-tier media houses, editors andbroadcast platforms
Commercial Acumen: Understands how reputation, trust and perception translate directly to business value and client growth.
