Job Description



  • Responsible for developing, deploying and driving the implementation of Performance Management System linked to HR Strategy and the strategic objections of the business while driving high performance and enabling the business to meet and exceed its objectives.

  • Also responsible for collecting, collating, preparing and presenting reports on the key talent metrics to support HR and the business in identifying trends and to drive data-driven conversations and talent decisions.


Responsibilities



  • Collect, collate and analyse data related to the key talent management metrices and develop reports and presentations for various stakeholders, identify trends and insights that will enable data driven decision making

  • Identify the relevant sources of data across the organisation required for the appraisal process, organise the data and disseminate it as an input into the appraisal process to ensure the use of a single source of truth and to simplify the process for employees

  • Contribute to the management of partnering relationships with internal clients, building effective working relationships and providing high-quality professional services to support in delivering business strategy and plans

  • Design a performance management system, suited to the context and nuances of Interswitch and linked to the business objectives to drive a culture of performance and the attainment of the business objectives

  • Conduct research and remain abreast of global trends in Performance Management and use the insights gained to inform the development of the Interswitch performance management philosophy and system to ensure the development of a world-class solution

  • Deploy the performance management system across the business in collaboration with various stakeholders including HRBP and the Business Transformation team by employing a sound project, change and communication management methodology to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of the system

  • Map the annual performance management process and calendar and ensure that it is communicated to all employees to enable the timely execution of the performance management cycle as an input into related HR processes

  • Design and implement a mechanism to measure the effective implementation and success of the deployment to identify any areas that require additional interventions and to for any modifications that may be required.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or HR Certification Institute (HRCI) will be an advantage

  • Minimum of 4 years work experience in performance management

  • Microsoft office skills

  • Stakeholder management

  • Business Acumen

  • Organizational skills

  • Data Collection and Analysis

  • Review & Reporting.
