Line Management:



  • HR Assistant


Objective:


This position is responsible for HRM and is to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers of the School.


Responsibilities:



  • Participates in the recruitment process through monitoring of staff requisition approval.

  • Administer appropriate testing processes for recruitment across the organization for transparency.

  • Monitoring of employee records, and paperwork and ensuring they are kept up to date in line with statutory employment relations.

  • Oversee employee integrity, health, and safety status through a pre-employment medical examination.

  • Manages the welfare support program of the organization including HMO, and leave management.

  • Provides necessary support to ensure HR provides timely and effective services across the organization.

  • Assist in the implementation of the performance management system.

  • Provides necessary support in the implementation of HR policies.

  • Act as the first point of call on all employee relations matters.

  • Track revenue i.e. Tuition, uniform sales etc.


Qualification & Experience



  • B.Sc. or HND. In the relevant field of study.

  • CIPM is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of Three (3) years of HR-related experience.

  • Highest level of integrity, excellence & creativity.

  • Ability to negotiate.

  • Problem-solving skills must be apt.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, vendors, and clients.
