Line Management:
Objective:
This position is responsible for HRM and is to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers of the School.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in the recruitment process through monitoring of staff requisition approval.
- Administer appropriate testing processes for recruitment across the organization for transparency.
- Monitoring of employee records, and paperwork and ensuring they are kept up to date in line with statutory employment relations.
- Oversee employee integrity, health, and safety status through a pre-employment medical examination.
- Manages the welfare support program of the organization including HMO, and leave management.
- Provides necessary support to ensure HR provides timely and effective services across the organization.
- Assist in the implementation of the performance management system.
- Provides necessary support in the implementation of HR policies.
- Act as the first point of call on all employee relations matters.
- Track revenue i.e. Tuition, uniform sales etc.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc. or HND. In the relevant field of study.
- CIPM is an added advantage.
- Minimum of Three (3) years of HR-related experience.
- Highest level of integrity, excellence & creativity.
- Ability to negotiate.
- Problem-solving skills must be apt.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, vendors, and clients.
