Reports To: Executive Directors


Line Management:



  • Facility Officers

  • Maintenance Officers


 Objective:


To create an accommodating, world-class, conducive teaching, learning, and work environment for all campuses.


Responsibilities:



  • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water, air-conditioning, furniture etc., are well-maintained.

  • Liaising with multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds, and security.

  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.

  • Overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishments.

  • Drafting reports and making written recommendations.


Qualification & Experience



  • OND or HND in Building Technology or Architecture.

  • B.Sc or B.Eng a plus.

  • Minimum of four (4) years experience.
