Objective:
To create an accommodating, world-class, conducive teaching, learning, and work environment for all campuses.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water, air-conditioning, furniture etc., are well-maintained.
- Liaising with multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds, and security.
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
- Overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishments.
- Drafting reports and making written recommendations.
Qualification & Experience
- OND or HND in Building Technology or Architecture.
- B.Sc or B.Eng a plus.
- Minimum of four (4) years experience.
