Job Summary


The primary objective of this position is to generate revenue, and further drive penetration within an assigned territory/market segment by effectively selling the company’s products to new and existing clients.


The Ideal Persona will be required to carry out the following job description:



  • Breakdown monthly revenue target and key accounts.

  • Achieve growth and hit at least 80% of monthly revenue target.

  • Align with the predictive Daily Route Activity Report (DRAR) for Business Sales Representative in line with achieving monthly targets.

  • Align with strategy and tactics towards achievement of monthly revenue.

  • Design and implement strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities for the Sales Manager.

  • Providing Marketing support and activation of market locations.

  • Works closely with compliance units to ensure that products are sold in line with the company’s policy and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensures that new sales comply with AML and KYC regulations.


Requirement



  • 2- 4 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the financial sector.

  • Good knowledge of the FX market.

  • H.N.D/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Economics, Sales and Marketing.

  •  Excellent interpretation of business needs into operational requirements.

  • Knowledge of CBN's policies and the business environment
