Job Summary

• As the Senior Research Associate, you will lead the research function by providing market intelligence, investment insights, and strategic recommendations to support business growth and informed investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth equity, macroeconomic, and market research to generate investment recommendations


• Develop financial models, valuation frameworks, and market outlook reports


• Build and manage model portfolios focused on achieving strong risk-adjusted returns


• Prepare investment reports, market commentaries, and research publications


• Provide strategic investment insights and advisory support to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related discipline


• Professional certifications such as CFA, CIS, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent are an added advantage


• 5–8 years experience in Equity Research, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Stockbroking, or Capital Markets


• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and equity analysis


• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
