As the Admin & Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting sales and marketing activities, managing administrative operations, and enhancing customer engagement across physical and digital channels.
Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and orders across walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and social media channels
Support sales and marketing initiatives
Maintain administrative records, customer databases, operational reports, and other business documentation
Manage social media engagement, respond to customer inquiries online, and support content posting activities
Coordinate daily office operations while supporting inventory monitoring and general business administration
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and administrative roles
Experience within retail, home furnishings, lifestyle, or related industries is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic social media management tools
Must reside within Surulere or its immediate environs.
